Chennai, Sep 20 (IANS) The Tamil Nadu school training division has called for tenders from privately owned businesses to make an appraisal of the effect of the worker based house to house schooling program in the state, named Illam Thedi Kalvi (ITK). The review will be directed from October 2022 to April 2023.

The program was carried out in the state during the Coronavirus pandemic to connect the learning hole.

The ITK plot has multiple lakh volunteers in two lakh places across 92,000 residences in the state.

These training volunteers show the understudies from Classes 1 to VIII for oneself and a half hours after school in Tamil, English, Science, Maths and Sociology subjects.

The privately owned business which will evaluate the presentation of the ITK plan will give a report on the understudies’ learning skill in English, Tamil and Math in classes 3, 5 and 8. The maintenance, non-attendance and enrolment of understudies in schools after the ITK was executed will likewise be a subject of review for the organization.

R. Manikantan, an educator at a state funded school in Tiruppur, told IANS, “The plan is currently not important as the ordinary classes have started.
